West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee, on Saturday said that she was ready to work with arch rival CPI (M), and other Opposition parties like SP, BSP, and Congress despite ideological differences, to "save the country" from the NDA government.
Terming the demonetisation move as "dangerous, disastrous and draconian", Mamata demanded that a probe should be carried out by the chief justice of India to find out the financial loss in the country during the period after the announcement of demonetisation of high value currency.
The Bengal CM said, "only one percent people hold black money; why are the other 99% being harassed for this'?" R these black money hoarders? Withdraw this "black" political decision which is anti-commoner. "Hardship for the common citizens and full advantage to the money launderers", she said. Many ATMs did not open on Thursday and Friday as the needed changes in the system to accommodate the new currency notes were yet to be incorporated, and lack of new notes was also an issue.
So she wrote a poem admonishing Narendra Modi for this demonetisation move and then concluded it by saying the country will give him triple talaq.
For his part, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said scrapping Rs1,000/500 notes is not a solution as corrupt people will anyway remain corrupt and are waiting for the new Rs2,000 notes.

The persisting protests led Trump himself to fire back, tweeting: "Just had a very open and successful presidential election". They later marched thought the city streets chanting "Refugees are welcome here", and "Latinos are welcome here".
Mamata Banerjee continued and said, "This is a betrayal with people".
Banerjee reiterated that the common people were facing hardships because of government's decision."A sudden midnight decision was taken. All of a sudden so many people have been left in the lurch; I have not seen such bad days before", the Chief Minister said on her way back to the auto. "Markets across India ruined, purchasing power crashing, people pained", she said in a series of tweets.
He party has called for a discussion on the issue in Rajya Sabha when it ofens for the winter session on November 16.
She also appreciated the stand taken by parties like Congress, Samajwadi Party and even the CPM, which on Friday accused the BJP of leaking the demonetisation decision to its state units so that they could have their money exchanged beforehand.
