Florida's healthiest top five counties are: St. John's, Collier, Sarasota, Seminole and Martin.
Schuylkill County ranked 64th out of Pennsylvania's 67 counties, Luzerne County came in at 62nd and Carbon County ranked 54th, according to 2017 County Health Rankings, which looked at how long people live and how healthy they felt while alive.
Nassau County declined from the 10th healthiest county in the state to the 18th healthiest in the latest rankings.
Wyoming County has an adult obesity rate of 39 percent, and an adult smoking rate of 25 percent.
While doing better, Chippewa County trails way behind neighbor Taylor County which finished fourth best in the state.
Though Wyandotte County scored worse on health behaviors, poverty and residents' educational attainment, Labette County's higher rate of premature deaths pulled it down.
Middle-income Delaware County places slightly better than middle for Pennsylvania.
However, the rankings noted that drug overdose deaths nationally are fueling a dramatic increase in premature deaths nationally because of the increase among 15 to 44 year olds.
"We have programs to improve the quality of life, but it's a complicated challenge", she said.
"Previously, we used the county health rankings prominently in our own health assessment process, but we've really kind of backed away from doing that".

The report also details areas to improve and states that there is a lack of dental and mental health providers to serve the county's population.
Poverty and cultural factors contribute to low health rankings in the region, said Heather Morgan, executive director of Project 17, an organization that attempts to fight poverty in 17 southeastern Kansas counties. "These are all factors we can influence".
For the fifth year, Forsyth County has been ranked healthiest county in Georgia.
Large suburban metro counties went from the lowest to the highest rate of premature death due to drug overdose within the past decade.
From 2013 through 2015, 114 people died in Carroll, a rate of 23 deaths per 100,000 people, a rate Carroll shares with Calvert, Worchester and Baltimore counties, despite differing population levels.
The rankings also looked at drug overdoses by race.
The high school graduation rate is 80 percent, but the unemployment rate is 13 percent.
The five counties in the poorest health, starting with least healthy, are Quitman, Randolph, Clay, Jefferson and Early counties.
Dr. Karen Milman, Sonoma County's health officer, said the county continues to move in the "right direction" in terms of promoting healthy behaviors and physical environment such as air pollution and water quality. But county health officials said the real story is the county's improvement since 2011, when it was 12th. But New Mexico girls 15 to 19 gave birth at a rate of 51 per 100,000 - a rate significantly higher than the USA rate of 38 per 100,000 girls in that age group.
From 1997 to 2014, 110 Georgia counties have seen improvements in premature death rates, while seven have seen worsening rates and the rest saw no change.
