The new content will also provide players with a Hard Mode as well as a 'Travel Medallion, ' which allows you to place a single fast travel marker anywhere on the map. If Trial of the Sword does not seem challenging enough, users will be able to toggle a Hard mode that sees enemies gradually regain health. After clearing the trial, which has about 45 rooms total, the true power of the Master Sword will be awakened, which it says means it will keep its glowing powered-up state at all times while usable. Throughout the overworld, floating planks held up by balloons will house enemies and treasures. Activating this feature will enable players to track Link's path from the last 200 hours of gameplay. This will also work retroactively, and players will be able to see exactly where they have traveled in the game world. Link's journey is shown as a green line across Hyrule, helping players to identify areas they're yet to explore, or allowing them to retrace their steps to a particularly tricky shrine. Activating it registers your current location as a fast travel point until you use it again. Link can then transport himself to that point at any time.
By shaking whenever you're near a Korok location, your travels will assuredly be more bountiful with it equipped - you'll have to find it first though!
The DLC pack is the first DLC of the game's expansion pass, which was announced earlier this year. These are inspired by previous characters in the Zelda series including Midna, Tingle, Phantom, and Majora's Mask. The first is called The Master Trials, and it launches this summer, containing new items but no new story content.
