Terming the announcement of a complete loan waiver as a victory of farmers' unity, he said, "Our demand is very clear".
Transport Minister Diwakar Raote, while speaking to reporters here, said that Sena will raise the issue of fragile economic condition of the DCC banks after the notes recall exercise in November a year ago with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis during the cabinet meeting next week. "We want their loans to be written off completely", he said. Sena had supported the recent farmers' agitation in Maharashtra, despite being a part of the government.
The Sena had earlier said the nation needs a person who can seal its fate as a 'Hindu Rashtra.' However, BJP has not reacted on the issue yet. "If they are unable to do it, a big step will be taken".
