According to National Basketball Association analyst Keith Smith from RealGM, the Sixers are looking at the possibilities of putting offer sheets out for restricted free agent SG Kentavious Caldwell-Pope or SF Otto Porter, if the team can not come to an agreement with J.J. Redick, who Woj from ESPN reported was meeting with the Sixers as we speak.
ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski was the first to confirm the agreement, though there had been previous whispers about the possibility of Redick landing in Philadelphia.
"It's where I wanted to be", Redick told Wojnarowski, immediately after signing his one-year contract worth $23 million to join an exciting young core that includes Joel Embiid and Dario Saric, and No. 1 overall draft picks Ben Simmons and Markelle Fultz.
Role of DUP, new partner in United Kingdom government
Mundell said last week that any funding for Northern Ireland should adhere to rules about funding for Wales and Scotland too. Mr Jones said: "Today's deal represents a straight bung to keep a weak Prime Minister and a faltering Government in office".
Redick played the last four seasons with the LA Clippers.
He averaged 15 points in 78 games last season for the Los Angeles Clippers and shot 42.9% from deep. In moving to Philadelphia, Redick should continue to be a great source of points, three-pointers and field goal percentage, while he could even see more usage now that he won't be playing alongside superstars Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan. He spent six-plus seasons with the Magic, then was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks.
Redick turned 33 years old earlier in June and the 2016-2017 season was his 11th campaign in the National Basketball Association.
