State Treasurer Deb Goldberg, who introduced Wanczyk to the press, said that the state plans to be as helpful to Wanczyk and her family as possible. The fact that only five went unclaimed means 98.7% collected their prize money.
According to the Minnesota State Lottery, 511,867 winning tickets sold in Minnesota won $4,084,276 during this jackpot run.
"First thing I want to do is sit back and relax", Wancyzk joked in a press conference.

Mavis Wanczyk was with a friend when she found out she'd bought the winning ticket from a convenience store in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
