Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy has resigned ahead of the Cabinet reshuffle.
In a late-night development, water resources minister Uma Bharti also resigned from the Cabinet on Thursday.
Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Member of Parliament from Saran in Bihar, has relinquished independent charge of the skill development and entrepreneurship ministry in this reshuffle.
