Harford County Police have identified the suspect in the Emmorton Business Park shooting and have confirmed that he is still at large.
Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said Wednesday that Prince is associated with Advanced Granite Solutions, a company located in the Edgewood park.
The two patients being treated at Shock Trauma are both in critical condition, Shock Trauma said on Twitter. The victims and the suspect worked for Advanced Granite Solutions.
He is armed and unsafe, officials said. Anyone with information about Wednesday's shooting is urged to 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324).
Several businesses were on lockdown, a reporter for FOXBaltimore said on Twitter.

Twitter and Facebook have said Russian Federation bought ads and had accounts on their platforms. Facebook had previously agreed to disclose the thousands of Facebook ads to congress.
He said authorities in helicopters and on the ground were searching for Prince, who may be driving a black 2008 GMC Acadia with the DE license tag PC64273.
"The individual out there on the loose who committed one of the most heinous crimes in the county, consider him armed and unsafe", a police officer said, adding "We do not think that there is an immediate threat to the community".
At least one victim was targeted, authorities said, but the extent of their injuries was not released. A former co-worker sought a restraining order against Prince in February, saying he had punched another employee and threatened employees. In March 2015, he faced multiple gun charges, including being a felon in possession of a firearm. Anyone who has seen Radee Labeeb Prince is instructed not approach him and to call 911. Schools in the area, 30 miles from Baltimore, were placed on lockdown as police hunted for the gunman.
