Raisman called for an independent investigation into the matter, ending her letter with "What's it going to take for you to do the right thing?"
"At the Olympics you block out everything", she said. "As president, it is only natural that I am the focus of this anger", she added. I nearly passed out.
"But after, I will be honest, I was sick", the athlete continued. "Even since then, I still don't feel good now".
The Needham native told Hota Kotb on the Today show that she looked at photos of the doctor online to prepare herself before facing him in a MI courtroom to deliver her statement, joining more than 150 women who told horrific stories of being molested by Nassar under the guise of medical treatment.
"You don't deserve to walk outside a prison again", she said. "But I'm very, very exhausted from it". In one of those statements Jillian Swinehart telling the courtroom, "I was sexually abused by him hundreds of times by him without gloves or my consent".
Nichols called the statements powerful, and said her time in the MI courtroom was very emotional.

Larry Nassar's controversial case may be over, but there's still lots of "work to be done".
As a doctor for USA Gymnastics, Michigan State University (MSU), as well as a private gymnastics club, Nassar molested dozens of young athletes under the guise of medical treatment.
Sadly, Aly believes the drama is not yet over, as she called for a special investigation "to figure out exactly how this disaster happened".
