Terms weren't disclosed, but Crabtree received a three-year, $21 million deal, including $15 million in the first two years and $11 million guaranteed ($7 million signing bonus), a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Crabtree, 30, was released by the Raiders on Thursday after the team signed Jordy Nelson, who was cut loose by the Green Bay Packers on Wednesday. He just spent three seasons in Oakland, averaging 848 yards and eight touchdowns per season.
A former first-round pick of the San Francisco 49ers, Crabtree has 579 catches for 6,870 yards and 51 touchdowns in 125 games (122 starts) across nine National Football League seasons. He didn't see much action throughout his four-year stint there but he set career-highs in nearly every category last season.

"Michael has played very well against the Ravens", Newsome said in his statement, "so we know firsthand the attributes he brings to the game". In 2016 he posted 89 receptions for 1,003 yards and eight touchdowns. In five career games against the Ravens, including the Super Bowl with the San Franciso 49ers, Crabtree has 33 catches for 444 yards and six touchdowns.
The wide receiver played for the 49ers from 2009-14.
Crabtree is a big addition for Baltimore's franchise. His 25 touchdowns over the past three seasons ranks fifth in the NFL. Ozzie Newsome said he had "no control" over the failed physical.
