Everybody is trying to jump on the Android GO bandwagon, because it really is a boon to entry-level devices. The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition). Asus is offering stock Android, a bigger battery, a newer Snapdragon 630 series processor for under Rs 15,000 with the Zenfone Max Pro M1. Actually, the ZenFone Live L1 is Asus' first Android Go smartphone. It runs Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box. Everything here is created to take up less space and use less bandwidth, as well as run on modest hardware.
Asus Zenfone Live L1 is the first Android Oreo (Go Edition) smartphone ever to feature an 18:9 aspect ratio display. Asus has priced its mid-range smartphone aggressively to take on Xiaomi's Redmi Note 5 Pro. The smartphone is expected to come in four colour variants - Rose Pink, Midnight Black, White, and Blue. Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 starts at Rs 10,999 for the base model while the mid-variant retails at Rs 12,999.
