The appearance of the OnePlus 6T in carrier stores would mark the first time the Chinese startup has inked a deal with a carrier in the USA, which could get its phones in the hands of many more consumers. T-Mobile will be OnePlus' first U.S. carrier partner, marking a significant milestone in the company's ongoing efforts to gain market share. It's rumoured that OnePlus will be selling the 6T will be offered as both an unlocked version and a carrier-only model. OnePlus 6T is going to be priced higher at $550 (Rs 38,300 approximately), but it may not be the final price, the report added. The company has become well-known among Android enthusiasts by selling high-end unlocked phones at more aggressive prices than other flagships, but having the OnePlus 6T on the shelves of a US carrier could expose OnePlus to a whole new audience. Instead, the company will make a T-Mobile specific model which will be optimized for the carrier's network. The smartphone will also be sold via T-Mobile stores. If this approval takes some time, the launch of the phone might suffer some delay.
Those agencies did not mention OnePlus by name, which means that the company could gain more ground in the USA than its peers have.

There are reports that the design will see some change, especially with regards to the notched display. This includes support for the 600MHz that promises better and faster coverage. This could possibly stop the launch, but since OnePlus is a small firm it might fly under the radar.
