Weather forecasters now report that they believe Tropical Storm Florence will become a hurricane again as it approaches the East Coast of the United States.
Tropical Storm Florence, now about 765 miles from Bermuda and 1,500 miles from the East Coast, is expected to regain strength and return to hurricane status later in the day Sunday.
At this point, its exact landfall location is very hard to determine as Florence will eventually make a NW and then north turn.
The University of North Carolina at Wilmington has issued a voluntary evacuation for students starting at 12 p.m. Monday as Hurricane Florence approaches the East Coast.
