The Israeli army has reportedly arrested two suspects for aiding the assailant in the attacks on Sunday in the West Bank that claimed the lives of a soldier, rabbi and left another soldier in critical condition.
Abu Laila then reportedly got in an abandoned vehicle and drove to a nearby bus stop frequented by settlers and soldiers and opened fire before fleeing towards the nearby village of Bruqin.
Speaking at the beginning of the weekly cabinet meeting, Netanyahu said he was certain Israeli security forces would find those behind Sunday's attack.
For the past three years, Rabbi Ettinger was the head of the Oz and Emunah hesder yeshiva (seminary that combines religious study with IDF service) in the Neve Sha'anan neighborhood of southern Tel Aviv.

Immediately after Sunday's shooting, two militant Palestinian factions - Hamas and Islamic Jihad - released statements praising the attack as "heroic".
Last week, Hamas fired a pair of missiles from Gaza toward the Israeli city of Tel Aviv in a rare attack into the heart of Israel that looked to set the sides into another round of escalation. Hamas, the Islamist group that rules the Gaza Strip and has an increasingly powerful presence in the West Bank, said the shooting was in response to "the crimes of the Israeli occupation".
